Kadhai Murgh

Serving: 5 persons


Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 800 grams
Butter - 25 gms
Ginger Garlic paste 2 Tbsp
Red chilli powder 3 tablespoon
1 Tbsp jeera
2 Tbsp oil
6-7 Cloves
3 tbsp Tumeric powder
Salt 2.5 tbsp
garam masala / Tandoori Chicken masala 2 Tbsp
3 medium Tomatos
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons Dhania Jeera powder
4/5 Red Chilly
1 red capsicum
3 cinnamon sticks
6-7 cardaomon
100 gm cilantro



Method:

Cut onions , tomatos , capsicum in small pieces.

Cut chicken into small pieces and cook it with 2 tbsp of oil in a separate vessel with jeera.

In another vessel take butter and onions and red chilly and saute them

Cook for 5 minutes and then Add tomato and capsicum.

Cook for min 5 then add ginger garlic paste.

cook for 10 more mins with red chilli powder,tumeric powder, dhania jeera powder garam masala powder, salt.

Now add chicken with the oil with which is cooked for 15-20 mins from another vessel and let the subzi cook for another 10 mins.

In the end add cilantro.

Mixed Kathol


Serving: 3 people


Ingredients:
Take 1/4 cup of sprouted beans/moong
Take 1/4 cup Kala Chana
Take 1/4 cup Hara Vatana (dried green peas )
Take 1/4 cup Chola Daal
Take 1/4 cup Moth beans
Take 2 small tomato
One Small Onion
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
2 Tsp lemon juice
2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 Tsp coriander -cumin powder
2 Tsp garam masala powder
Coriander for garnishing



Method:
Soak the mixed khathol overnight
Pressure cook the mixed khathol minimum 3 whistles.
Take 2 TSP of oil in a pan and add chopped onions.
When onions turn translucent then add chopped tomato.
Let it cook for 5 mins then add ginger garlic paste and mixed khathol.
Add tumeric power , red chili powder, dhaniya jeera powder , garam masala.
Add salt to taste
Let it cook for 15 min ,add water for consistency
In the end Garnish with coriander and lemon juice

Prawn Ularthiyathu


Serving-3 people

Ingredients
300 gms (25 pcs ) cleaned and cooked shrimps.
4 button onions/shallots
3 medium tomato
1 green chilly
2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 cup grounded coconut
2 tsp tumeric powder, 1 Tsp red chilly powder
2.5 Tsp Cumin coriander powder
1.5 Tsp salt
1 inch ginger
2 garlic cloves
10-12 Curry leaves.
2.5 Tsp oil

Method
In a pan take oil.
When oil is slightly heated add chopped shallots and green chilly
Add chopped fresh garlic , ginger and curry leaves.
Let it cook for 7 mins and then add chopped tomato
Let it cook for 7 mins and add water for consistency
Now add Tumeric power , Red chilli power , Dhania-Jeera power, Garam masala , Salt and coconut
Cook it for 5 mins and then add prawns
Cook for 7 mins and check prawns dont become overcooked.
Have the dish with Rice

Sprouted Beans


Serving: 3 people


Ingredients:
Take 300 gm of sprouted beans/moong
Take one medium tomato
One Small Onion
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
2 Tsp lemon juice
2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 Tsp coriander -cumin powder
2 Tsp garam masala powder
Coriander for garnishing



Method:
Take 2 TSP of oil in a pan and add chopped onions.
When onions turn translucent then add chopped tomato.
Let it cook for 5 mins then add ginger garlic paste and sprouted moong.
Add tumeric power , red chili powder, dhaniya jeera powder , garam masala.
Add salt to taste
Let it cook for 15 min ,add water for consistency
In the end Garnish with coriander and lemon juice

Corn Bhel


Serving : 2 people

Ingredients:
2 Tsp oil
350 gm American Corn
4 small tomato
1/2 medium onion
1 green chilly
8 Curry Leaves
2 Tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tsp red chilly powder
2 Tsp Cumin and Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
150 gm Sev
Dozen Puri's
Coriander to garnish
1 tsp hing powder

Method :
Cut tomato , onion and green chilly
In a pan take oil and add jeera and hing powder
Add chopped onions and green chilly and let it cook for 5 mins
Add tomato , corn and curry leaves and let it cook for 10 mins
Now add salt, cumin-coriander powder, red chilly and turmeric powder
Let it cook for 5-7 mins and then add coriander
Before serving with puri add sev on the top.

CC's salad


Serving : 3 people


Ingredients:
3/4 can chick peas
1/4 onion
1 small tomato
1 small potato
1/2 cucumber
1 small cup croutons
1 Tsp salt
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1/2 can of curd

Method :
Boil the potato and cut it in small pieces.
Cut tomato , onion and cucumber and mix it in a bowl
Add to it chick peas, croutons and mix well.
In a mixer take curd , salt , pepper , red chilly and chaat masala and make a fine paste
Add the paste to the bowl and mix well.

Guacamole Live



Serving : 2 people


Ingredients:
3 Ripe avacados
1/2 onion
1 medium tomato
1 tsp garlic power
2 Tsp salt
100 gm cilantro
1 green chilly
1 Lemon


Method :
Slice the avacados in two, squeeze out the inside, including the seed mash it and leave that in the bowl .
Finally chop the onions, tomato, green chilly and cilantro and mix it with avacodos.
Juice one lemon, squeeze all over the top and stir
Add salt and garlic power to your taste.
