Prawn Ularthiyathu
Serving-3 people
Ingredients
300 gms (25 pcs ) cleaned and cooked shrimps.
4 button onions/shallots
3 medium tomato
1 green chilly
2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 cup grounded coconut
2 tsp tumeric powder, 1 Tsp red chilly powder
2.5 Tsp Cumin coriander powder
1.5 Tsp salt
1 inch ginger
2 garlic cloves
10-12 Curry leaves.

Method
In a pan take oil.
When oil is slightly heated add chopped shallots and green chilly
Add chopped fresh garlic , ginger and curry leaves.
Let it cook for 7 mins and then add chopped tomato
Let it cook for 7 mins and add water for consistency
Now add Tumeric power , Red chilli power , Dhania-Jeera power, Garam masala , Salt and coconut
Cook it for 5 mins and then add prawns
Cook for 7 mins and check prawns dont become overcooked.
Have the dish with Rice
