CC's salad
Serving : 3 people
Ingredients:
3/4 can chick peas
1/4 onion
1 small tomato1 small potato
1/2 cucumber
1 small cup croutons
1 Tsp salt
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1/2 can of curd
Method :
Boil the potato and cut it in small pieces.Cut tomato , onion and cucumber and mix it in a bowl
Add to it chick peas, croutons and mix well.
In a mixer take curd , salt , pepper , red chilly and chaat masala and make a fine paste
Add the paste to the bowl and mix well.
