Thai Tofu Curry


Serving-4 people

Ingredients
150 gm Tofu
2 medium onions..slice it into square/rectangular shapes
Half green capsicum
Half yellow capsicum
Half red capsicum
50 gm of baby corn ( 1 can)
50 gm of water chestnuts (1/2 can)
50 gm of bamboo shoots (1/2 can)
1 medium ginger
1 cup of coconut milk
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chilly flakes
3 Tsp green curry paste
2 tsp red chilly paste
3 Tsp peanut satay paste
3 Tsp Flavored oil


Method

In a pan take oil , heat it for sometime and then add sliced onions and crushed ginger

Let it cook for 5 mins then add sliced capsicum and cook it for 5 mins.

Then add tofu , bamboo shoots and water chestnut and let it cook for 5 mins

Then add green curry paste, red chilly paste, peanut satay paste and 1 cup water and let it cook for 5 mins

Then add coconut milk, salt and chilly flakes and let it cook for 10 mins

In between add little water for consistency

Have with brown or white rice
