Vegetable Jalfrezi
Serving-3 people
Ingredients
1 medium onions
4 medium tomatos
1/2 Orange Capsicum
1/2 Red Capsicum
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup papdi
1 cup carrots
1 dozen baby corn pieces
Garam masala or Kitchen King masala 4 Tsp
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
2 bay leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder , 3 tsp dhania jeera powder
1 Tsp jeera3 tsp salt
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder , 3 tsp dhania jeera powder
1 Tsp jeera3 tsp salt
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
Method
Chop the capsicum and boil it for 5 mins in mircowave
Chop the capsicum and boil it for 5 mins in mircowave
Mircowave peas and baby corn for 5 mins
Chop onion amd tomatos
In a pan take 1.5 Tsp oil , add Jeera when oil gets warm.
Then add chopped onions,bay leaves
When onions become translucent ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatos
Cook for 3-4 mins then add capsicum, green peas, baby corn
Cook for about 3-4 mins and then add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, dhania jeera
Chop onion amd tomatos
In a pan take 1.5 Tsp oil , add Jeera when oil gets warm.
Then add chopped onions,bay leaves
When onions become translucent ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatos
Cook for 3-4 mins then add capsicum, green peas, baby corn
Cook for about 3-4 mins and then add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, dhania jeera
Add yougurt and water for consistency
Cook for 10 mins and then garnish with corinder
