Methi Mutter Malai


Serving: 3 people


Ingredients: 1 Cup boiled green peas ( Dont take frozen peas )

1 medium bowl Methi leaves

1 medium size onion

1 cube of grated chesse

1 cube of butter

1 Tbs All purpose flour (maida)

1 tsp sugar

3 tsp salt

3 tsp red chilly powder

2 tsp garlic ginger paste

1.5 cup of milk


Method:In a vessel take methi leaves boil it for minutes and then make puree of it.

In a vessel take butter , add chopped onions and saute it.

Add ginger garlic paste, maida and milk

Cook for 5-7 min and then add methi puree , boiled peas and grated chesse.

Add sugar, salt and red chilly powder and cook for 5-7 min

Add water to maintain consistency and cook for 5 mins

Methi mutter malai is ready to be eaten
