Paneer Kali Mirch


Serving-5 people

Ingredients
400 gm Paneer
1 large onion
2 tsp Garam masala
4 Tsp Yogurt ( or 3 Tsp cream )
6 Cloves, 6 Cardamom, 3 Cinnamon sticks
1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tsp oil
50 gm butter
1 tsp tumeric powder
3 tsp red chilly powder
2 small green chillies
3 tsp black pepper powder
3 tsp salt
2 tsp corinder powder
1.5 tsp jeera powder

Method
Cut Paneer in small cubes

Heat 1.5 tblsp oil and saute the sliced onion in it till they are nicely golden brown. Cool and grind to paste with a little water.

In a pan take butter , heat it for sometime and then add chopped green chillies

Add Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon sticks

And then add onion paste and ginger garlic paste

Saute for 4 mins then add tumeric powder , red chilli powder , jeera powder, corinder powder,garam masala and salt

Add 1/2 cup water and let it cook for 4 mins

Then add yogurt, paneer and black pepper let it cook for 10 mins on low-medium flame

In between add little water for consistency

Garnish with corinder and mint leaves
