Shrimp Curry


Serving-3 people

Ingredients
1 bag (40 pcs ) deveined cocktail shrimp. You can also take jumbo shrimps
2 Medium onions
2 medium tomatos
2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 cup cococnut milk
4 Cloves, 2 Cardamom, 1 Cinnamon sticks, 2 bay leaves
1/4 bunch corinder leaves

Method
Chop the 2 tomatoes and make puree of it in a Mixer ( you can use tomato puree , but i prefer fresh tomatos)
Chop the onions in to fine pieces
In a pan take 3 Tsp oil and add 4 Cloves, 2 Cardamom, 1 Cinnamon sticks, 2 bay leaves
Add the chopped onion
When onions become translucent add 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Add Tomato Pure and cook for 5 mins
Now add 1.5 tsp Tumeric power , 2 tsp Red chilli power , 3 tsp Dhania-Jeera power, 2 Tsp Garam masala and 3-4 tsp Salt
Cook it for 7 mins and add 1/2 cup water and cocunut milk
Cook it for 3 mins and add shrimps
Close the pan with a lid and cook for 15 mins and add water accordingly for consistency
In the end garnish with chopped corinder
