Fried Potato


Serving : 2 people

Ingredients:

5 small to medium potatos
4 tsp Salt
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 Tablespoon Dhania Jeera power
2 tsp Jeera
1/2 lemon
3 tsp Garam masala
Corinder to garnish

Method
Peel potato and cut them in small strips
In a pan take around enough oil ( 1/2 cup )to fry the potato chips
When they turn golden, put them in a plate .
Use a bounty to remove excess oil
Once all potato strips are fried in another pan take 1 tablespoon oil
Add Jeera to it and after 2 min add fried potato strips
Add tumeric powder, red chilly, salt , dhania jeera and garam masala powder
Cook for 5 min and then add lemon juice
Cook for 2 min and garnish with corinder.
