Corn Bhel

Ingredients:
2 Tsp oil
350 gm American CornIngredients:
2 Tsp oil
4 small tomato
1/2 medium onion
1 green chilly
8 Curry Leaves
2 Tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tsp red chilly powder
2 Tsp Cumin and Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
150 gm Sev
Dozen Puri's
Coriander to garnish
1 tsp hing powder
Method :
Cut tomato , onion and green chillyIn a pan take oil and add jeera and hing powder
Add chopped onions and green chilly and let it cook for 5 mins
Add tomato , corn and curry leaves and let it cook for 10 mins
Now add salt, cumin-coriander powder, red chilly and turmeric powder
Let it cook for 5-7 mins and then add coriander
Before serving with puri add sev on the top.
