Corn Palak

Ingredients
Palak ............. 1 bunch
White baby Corn ............... 400 gm ( 1 bag)
Green chillies ... 3-4 chopped
Ginger garlic paste....1 tbsp.
Onion ........................ 2 medium onions chopped very finely
Tomato- 2 medium tomato's chopped finely

1/4 cup Milk
Coriander powder.... 1 Tsp.
Cumin powder.......... 1 Tsp.
Garam masala.........1Tsp.
Turmeric powder......1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
1/4 bunch corinder
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
1/4 bunch corinder
Salt............2 tsp
Method
Chop the 2 tomatoes and make puree of it in a Mixer
Chop the onions in to fine pieces and make puree of it.
Chop the spinach, corinder leaves and green chilly in a mixer and make a paste of it.
In a pan take 3 Tsp oil and add onions puree
When onions become translucent add 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Add Tomato Pure and cook for 5 mins
Now add Tumeric power , Red chilli power , corinder powder, cumin powder, Garam masala and salt
Cook it for 3 mins and add then add baby corn
Cook it for 3 mins and then add spinach paste and milk
Close the pan with a lid and cook for 15 mins and add water accordingly for consistency
In the end have with garma garam roti
