Bhindi ( Okra)


Serving : 2 people



Ingredients: 1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
4 tsp Salt
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 Tablespoon Dhania Jeera power
4 tsp Garam masala
400 gm Bhindi
Corinder to garnish

Method :Cut Tomatoes in small pieces
In a vessel take 1 Tablespoon oil
Add Jeera to it and after 2 min add chopped onions
Add tumeric powder, red chilly, salt , dhania jeera, garam masala powder
Add chopped tomato

Cook for 2 min and then add cut bhindi
Cook for 15-20 min by adding little water so that bhindi doesnt stick


Garnish Bhindi with corinder and have it with Roti

Sev Tameta



Serving : 2 people



Ingredients: 5 medium tomatoes

150 grams of Nylon Sev ( thin sev)

4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp hing

1 tsp tumeric

1 tsp red chilly powder

2 Tablespoon Dhania Jeera power

2 tsp sugar

3 tsp Garam masala

Corinder to garnish



Method Cut Tomatoes in small pieces

In a vessel take 1 Tablespoon oil

Add Jeera to it and after 2 min add tomatoes

Add tumeric powder, red chilly, salt , dhania jeera, garam masala powder, sugar and hing

Cook for 15 min and then add sev at the end when subzi is ready

Cook for 2 min and garnish with corinder

Palak Paneer



Serving- 3 people



Ingredients
300 gm Paneer
1 large onion
2 medium tomatoes
1 green Chili
50 gm Cashew Nuts

Garam masala

1/2 bunch of Corinder

1 bunch of Spinach
2 Tsp Yogurt


Method
Cut Paneer in small cubes
Take 1.5 Tsp oil or little amount of Ghee in a pan and heat it
Add panner cubes to it and fry them
When they start turning brown in color remove them ( you dont want to fully fry them , just fry to get the brownish color)
Put the fried paneer on a tissue paper inorder to remove excess oil
Chop the 2 tomatoes and make puree of it in a Mixer


Take 50 gm cashew nuts and grind them in a Mixer , add little amount of water in order to make a fine paste.


Chop the large onion and make paste of it in a Mixer


Chop the spinach leaves and mix it with chopped corinder and green chilli and make a paste of it in a mixer.
In a pan take 2 Tsp oil , heat it for sometime and then add 2 tsp Jeera.
When onion paste becomes translucent add 1Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Add Tomato Pure and cook for 3 mins
Now add 1 tsp Tumeric power , 1 tsp Red chilli power , 3 tsp Dhania-Jeera power, 3 tsp garam masala and 3-4 tsp Salt


Add the palak paste and cook for 3/4 mins
Cook it for 3 mins and add 2 Tsp Yougurt
Cook it for 3 mins and add Kaju paste and Paneer( Dont add all the kaju paste leave some for garnishing)
Close the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 mins and add water accordingly for consistency


Garnish the subzi with kaju paste.
