Mixed Kathol
Serving: 3 people
Ingredients:
Take 1/4 cup of sprouted beans/moong
Take 1/4 cup Kala Chana
Take 1/4 cup Hara Vatana (dried green peas )
Take 1/4 cup Chola Daal
Take 1/4 cup Moth beans
Take 2 small tomato
Take 2 small tomato
One Small Onion
1 Tsp ginger garlic paste
2 Tsp lemon juice
2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 Tsp coriander -cumin powder
2 Tsp garam masala powder
Coriander for garnishing

Method:
Soak the mixed khathol overnight
Pressure cook the mixed khathol minimum 3 whistles.
Take 2 TSP of oil in a pan and add chopped onions.
When onions turn translucent then add chopped tomato.
Let it cook for 5 mins then add ginger garlic paste and mixed khathol.
Add tumeric power , red chili powder, dhaniya jeera powder , garam masala.
Add salt to taste
Let it cook for 15 min ,add water for consistency
In the end Garnish with coriander and lemon juice
