Kadhai Paneer



Serving-3 people



Ingredients



400 gm Paneer



1 medium onions



4 medium tomatos


2 Green Capsicum

Garam masala or Kitchen King masala or Panner makhanwala masala 3 Tsp

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

3 Dry Red chillii


2 bay leaves



1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder , 3 tsp dhania jeera powder



1 Tsp jeera

3 tsp salt


5 garlic cloves

Method



Chop the capsicum and boil it for 5 mins in mircowave



Chop garlic , onion amd tomatos



In a pan take 1.5 Tsp oil , add Jeera when oil gets warm.



Then add chopped onions , garlic, dry red chilli and bay leaves



When onions become translucent add chopped tomatos



Cook for 3-4 mins then add capsicum



Cook for about 3-4 mins and then add garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, dhania jeera powder

While the gravvy is being cooked on the side Cut Paneer in small cubes



Take 15 Tsp oil or little amount of Ghee in a pan and heat it Add panner cubes to it and fry them When they start turning brown in color remove them ( you dont want to fully fry them , just fry to get the brownish color) Put the fried paneer on a tissue paper inorder to remove excess oil

Add paneer to the gravvy and let it cook for 5-7 mins


Garnish with corinder leaves

Chicken Curry



Serving: 3-4 persons


Ingredients:


Boneless Chicken 800 grams
Butter - 100 gms

FOR Marination

============
Yogurt 3/4 cup
Salt 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 2 Tbsp
Garam masala powder /Tandoori Chicken masala 1.5 Tbsp
red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
tumeric powder 1 tsp
Dhania Jeera powder 1 Tbsp





FOR Gravy

=========
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
3-4 Cloves, 3-4 Cardamom, 3-4 Cinnamon sticks

1 tbsp Tumeric powder
Salt 2 Tbsp
Whole garam masala / Tandoori Chicken masala 1 Tbsp
3 medium Tomatos ( make puree )

1 medium onion ( make puree)
2 tablespoons Dhania Jeera powder
3/4 Cup Yogurt



Method:


Cut chicken into small pieces ( around cube size)

Make incisions with a fork in the chicken . Apply the marination to the chicken and keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs.

Put the chicken onto a non-stick tray cook which is baste with butter in a preheated oven (350 F) for around 15 minutes.

Turn the chicken and cook the other side for 10 mins ( 350 F) .

Remove and set aside.

Heat butter in a pan.

Add green cardamoms, cloves, and cinnamon.

Sauté for two minutes, add ginger-garlic paste and onion puree.

Cook for 5 minutes and then Add tomato puree, red chilli powder,tumeric powder, dhania jeera powder garam masala powder, salt and 1/2 cup of water.

Let it cook for 5 mins then add the chicken and yogurt and let it cook for 5-7 mins. ( Add water for consistency)

Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes.

Serve hot with naan or parantha.

Mutter Paneer



Serving-3 people

Ingredients
400 gm Paneer
1 large onion
2 medium tomatos
Garam masala or Kitchen King masala or Panner makhanwala masala
3 Tsp Yogurt
1.5 Cup Green Peas
3-4 Cloves, 3-4 Cardamom, 3-4 Cinnamon sticks

Method
Cut Paneer in small cubes
Take 1.5 Tsp oil or little amount of Ghee in a pan and heat it
Add panner cubes to it and fry them
When they start turning brown in color remove them ( you dont want to fully fry them , just fry to get the brownish color)
Put the fried paneer on a tissue paper inorder to remove excess oil
Chop the 2 tomatoes and make puree of it in a Mixer ( you can use tomato puree , but i prefer fresh tomatos)
Chop the onion and make puree of it.
In a pan take 2 Tsp oil , heat it for sometime and then add 2 tsp Jeera.
Add 3-4 Cloves, 3-4 Cardamom, 3-4 Cinnamon sticks
Add the chopped onion puree
When onions become translucent add 1Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Add Tomato Pure and cook for 3 mins
Now add 1 tsp Tumeric powder , 1 tsp Red chilli powder , 3 tsp Dhania-Jeera powder, 3 tsp Paneer masala and 3-4 tsp Salt
Add Green Peas.
Cook it for 3 mins and add 2 Tsp Yougurt
Cook it for 3 mins and add Paneer
Close the pan with a lid and cook for 10 mins and add water accordingly for consistency


Garnish with corinder or mint leaves (optional)

Yellow Dal Fry



Serving - 3 ppl


Ingredients
Take a cup Toor Daal
Take one medium onion
Take one green chili
Take 4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 TSP Dhania Jeera powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp Jeera
3 tsp Salt
4 Dry Red Chilli
Corrinder for garnishing



Method
Take 2 TSP of oil in a vessel
Add to mustard seeds and Jeera
When they start making crackling sound add to it chopped garlic, green chili and chopped onion
When garlic become slight brown in color and onions become translucent add uncooked toor dal and dry red chilli
Add 2 cups of water
Add tumeric power , red chili powder, dhaniya jeera powder and salt
Cover the vessel and let the daal cook (Takes 25-30 mins)
In between keep on stirring the daal and keep on adding 3/4 cup water till the daal gets cooked
In the end Garnish with corrinder
